With two decades of experience as a professional Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I strive to simplify the complexities surrounding diet and exercise. My focus is on making health and fitness straightforward and accessible to all individuals.

Driven by my passion for exercise and nutrition, I am dedicated to helping others unleash their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. It is evident that those who prioritize their well-being, physique, and performance often excel in various aspects of their lives.

Having worked with a diverse clientele worldwide, ranging from everyday individuals seeking weight loss to elite competitors from NHL, NBA players, former collegiate athletes, and physique competitors, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Specializing in areas such as Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Strength Training, Sleep Optimization, Hormone Optimization, Time Management, and Mindset Development, I believe in tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs and preferences.

I firmly believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle should not feel like a burden. You can still enjoy the foods you love while working towards your fitness goals. Justin Norman

With over seven years in fitness, Coach Justin's journey began in 2017 when he met his mentor, Josh, at a local gym in his apartment complex. Inspired by Josh's dedication and consistency, Justin quickly found himself drawn not just to improving his own health but to helping others reach their fitness goals as well. Justin’s transformation from client to certified personal trainer has been fueled by his deep-rooted commitment to fitness, both inside and outside the gym. Through Josh’s mentorship, he learned the importance of proper techniques, nutrition, and a balanced approach to overall wellness.

Driven by a desire to make a difference in others’ lives, Justin pursued certification with NASM and now proudly stands alongside Josh as both a friend and a coach, working to help clients achieve the results they’ve been striving for. Having seen firsthand how impactful a supportive fitness community can be, he is passionate about motivating his clients to reach their potential, knowing that they’re in it together.

Outside of fitness, Justin has a rich background as a musician, a love for seafood, and even spent two years living in Hollywood. With his experience in vitamins and supplements as an assistant manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, he brings additional knowledge to support his clients’ health and wellness journeys.

Coach Lily brings a wealth of experience from the field and the gym, combining her deep understanding of sports performance and nutrition with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. With six years of soccer coaching and an impressive collegiate soccer background at Indiana University and San Diego State University, Lily understands the demands of high-level athletics and the importance of strength, speed, and nutrition in achieving peak performance.

In addition to her extensive experience in athletics, Lily has a solid foundation in female nutrition, covering all life stages—adolescence, premenopausal, menopausal, and during pregnancy. She also understands the unique nutritional needs required during challenging training blocks and periods of maintenance. Her holistic coaching approach is built on three core pillars: nutrition, training, and mindset. Believing that simplicity yields the best results, Lily emphasizes these pillars to empower her clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

A driven competitor herself, Lily holds the all-time fitness record at SDSU, has competed in marathons, and ran a Boston Marathon qualifying time in 2023. Her own dedication to continuous improvement fuels her coaching style, inspiring her clients to strive for excellence and embrace new challenges.

Outside of fitness, Lily enjoys baking with her own unique twist (never following a recipe!), recently took up snowboarding, and still treasures every pair of soccer cleats she’s owned since seventh grade. Her experience, passion, and commitment to helping clients succeed make her an invaluable member of the Lifted Mindset team.
